Data we delete
When you request data deletion, we will remove all personal information associated with your account, including:
Username
Email Address
In the future, if Pixora offers additional features such as location-based wallpaper recommendations, any location data associated with your account will also be deleted upon your request.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your data, follow these steps:
Contact Support: Send an email to our support team at shahnawazsheikh165@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include the email address associated with your Pixora account in the message.
Verification: For security purposes, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This is to ensure that only the account holder can request data deletion.
Confirmation: Once your request is verified, we will delete your data from our systems within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.
Important Considerations
Permanent Deletion: Once data deletion is completed, it cannot be recovered. Please be certain before submitting your request.
Non-Personal Data: Any non-personal, anonymized data that does not identify you as an individual may be retained for analytical and service improvement purposes.
Third-Party Services: If your account or data is shared with any third-party services, we will instruct them to delete your data, provided they are compliant with our privacy agreements.
